Michael H. Chafetz, P.E., is a Consulting Engineer with Simpson Gumpertz & Heger, Inc. in Waltham, MA. As a member of the Building Technology group, Michael is experienced with the investigation and restoration of building-enclosure systems on historic and contemporary buildings.
