Dave Lammers is a corporate compliance officer at Poettker Construction Company. Lammers has more than 29 years’ experience in the construction industry specializing in building envelope quality control. He provides guidance, administration and technical direction for corporate quality control and safety operations, overseeing a four-person compliance team that coordinates independent in-house and third party reviews and best technique implementation from design development through construction. Lammers is certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Construction Quality Management for Contracts and is an active member of the Building Enclosure Council.
