Demand for design services in May remained essentially flat in comparison to the previous month, according to a new report from the AIA.

Following a sizable decrease in demand for design services in March, the April Architecture Billings Index climbed back into positive territory according to a new report today from The American Institute of Architects.

Historic data for 2010 through 2018 and forecast data for 2019 through 2021 are also included in the report. Forecasts are based on projections of construction activity as of March 2019.

Twenty-five-month run of positive billings ends.
