Simpson Strong-Tie, the leader in engineered structural connectors and building solutions, announced that its Senior National Account Manager — Builders, Tina Haro, has been named to the Top Women in Hardware & Building Supply class of 2023 for Rising Stars. Haro is responsible for sales growth and account management for national builder customers at Simpson Strong-Tie.
The Rising Stars Award recognizes talented professionals with the potential to make a significant positive difference within their company and within the industry for years to come. The class of 2023 winners will be honored at the Fourth Annual Top Women in Hardware & Building Supply awards ceremony in Chicago, Illinois, on November 15–16.
The Top Women in Hardware & Building Supply program is presented by HBSDealer magazine and honors women in the industry who are making outstanding contributions to their companies and their communities. The goal of the program is to recognize achievement and offer educational resources to everyone in the industry.
“I’m honored to be recognized among such an outstanding group of women,” said Haro. “It’s a privilege to represent Simpson Strong-Tie as someone who is working to make an impact within the company and throughout the industry.”
In addition to her work at Simpson Strong-Tie, Haro is active in her professional and local communities. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Leading Suppliers Council and Professional Women in Building, and she worked closely with KB Home and Sleep and Heavenly Peace to spearhead an effort to build 100 beds for kids in need in the Scottsdale, Arizona, community.
