Henry Company, a leader in Building Envelope Systems, introduced its new offering of compatible Building Envelope Systems for residential and light commercial applications, encompassing proven Henry and Fortifiber weather-resistive barriers, window and door flashings, sealants, foundation and below-grade systems, and roofing systems. The new offering, created as a result of Henry acquiring Fortifiber in 2018, positions Henry as a single-source of Building Envelope Systems for virtually any building project.
A highlight of the new Henry product portfolio is the new Fortifiber 1-2-3 Moisture Control System. An easy, three-step, mix-and-match system, the Fortifiber 1-2-3 Moisture Control System allows customers to select a weather-resistive barrier, a flashing and a sealant without worrying about compatibility. The system is built upon trusted brands such as Blueskin VP100, WeatherSmart, and Jumbo Tex, as well as Fortiflash and the new Fortiflash 365 flashing product, and is backed by an industry-leading 15-year warranty covering both materials and labor.
“The Fortifiber 1-2-3 Moisture Control System expands our portfolio, enabling architects, contractors and builders to easily tailor their product selection based on their project needs,” said Chris Yount, Sr. Vice President, Henry Company, Residential & Light Commercial. “This simple, customizable approach lets our users be more efficient, do the job once, and move on to their next project with confidence.”
In addition to the Fortifiber 1-2-3 Moisture Control System, Henry also offers foundation and below-grade systems and roofing systems designed to provide effective moisture control. Henry foundation and below-grade waterproofing solutions are available in self-adhered membranes and drainage boards, as well as under and over slab vapor retarders. Henry roofing underlayments include solutions for use under shingles, tile, metal, shake, slate and other sloped roofing surfaces. All Henry roofing underlayments meet or exceed industry standards and can be installed during all seasons.
