Charles Raths, S.E. founded RRJ in 1966 with the vision of building a practice based upon quality engineering with particular focus on adhering to engineering fundamentals, attention to detail, and client service. This ideal proved successful in earning RRJ a reputation as problem solvers and positioning the firm as one of the early forensic engineering practices in the country.
