The Slag Cement Association announced the addition of Texas Lehigh Cement Company as its newest member company. Texas Lehigh will be starting production at a new slag cement facility in Houston, Texas this summer.
The educational event, held on April 29 and April 30, featured technical presentations on the benefits of slag cement in concrete design and construction, as well as sustainability tools and resources available to the concrete industry.
