Taking advantage of local and federal incentives to help pay for the project, McElroy Metal added solar panels to its manufacturing plant in Sunnyvale, Texas.

The proposal includes a provision that would help businesses make upgrades and safely reopen by providing a refundable credit for up to 30% of qualifying business property improvements.
