The Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) Central Region has named Matt Ballain as its new executive director. Ballain has served many roles with PCI and is the current Past Chair.

Ferenc is the product representative for Wisconsin and northern Illinois. He has been with ATAS for four years and has been in the architectural building materials industry for 17 years.
Under her new title, she will continue to oversee all PCI programs under the Marketing Council and Education Activities Council, serve as liaison to local PCI chapters and partner affiliates, and work with the PCI Foundation on its education efforts.
The Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute welcomes Bartlomiej Krol, P.E., as its new Managing Director, Quality Programs. He will be responsible for PCI’s quality programs, including certification activities for precast concrete plants, erectors, and personnel.
