OK, times are rough and tough. We're all feeling it. But, I truly believe that at least part of it is a function of the weather. I'm excited for the spring thaw.

People will start to realize that time marches on, and more importantly - if your roof or foundation has an issue, you've got to address it. I feel like the collapse of the stock market has been compounded by a harsh winter and will expose some big opportunities once we're sitting at 65 degrees and everyone has a bit of spring in their step.
