The Brick Industry Association (BIA) has opened entries for the 2024 Brick in Architecture Awards, the leading international design competition featuring fired-clay brick. Entries are due by Nov. 1.

The AIA Detroit Celebration of Architecture is the largest annual gathering of AEC professionals in Michigan.

This marks the start of active construction following a ceremonial groundbreaking last September. The facility and surrounding grounds are set for completion and grand opening in the summer of 2026.

The award follows ADAT Studio being named to the 12th Annual Architizer A+ Awards Jury Winner list in the “Unbuilt Culture” category last month.
