ATAS International, Inc. has expanded its portfolio by acquiring the assets of Metal Sales & Service, Inc., including the Metalwërks line of architectural metal plate systems.

James Hardie is set to acquire AZEK for $8.75B, merging to create a leading exterior and outdoor living brand; the deal is set to close in the second half of 2025.

The acquisition includes the addition of over 100 engineers and support staff to Carroll Daniel’s team. 

The transaction is expected to close in late 2024 or early 2025 and is subject to customary closing conditions.

Holcim has signed an agreement to acquire OX Engineered Products, a leading U.S. provider of advanced insulation systems for residential and commercial applications, with 2024E net sales of USD 136 million.

Studs Unlimited operates out of a single location in Oklahoma City and has served the residential and commercial industries since 2003. 

This acquisition is Kingspan’s first in the U.S. single-ply roofing space.
