IIBEC, the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (formerly RCI, Inc.), announced the hiring of Emily Lorenz, PE, as its new Senior Director of Technical Services.

Pallasch will replace Lionel van der Walt, who has taken a position as CEO and president of PayCargo after 18 months at the helm of the association.

This board, elected at the final RCI convention, will be the first to serve the organization under its new moniker, IIBEC.
