The Garland Company announced that Garland, through its Design-Build Solutions subsidiary, has earned a publicly procured, competitively solicited contract award from EducationPlus, a cooperative of 59 school districts throughout the St. Louis region, representing about a third of the state’s students.

Guardian Glass and Vortex Glass have announced an agreement for Guardian to acquire the assets of Vortex, a Miami, Fla. fabrication business. The transaction is expected to close on January 23, 2023.
