Arcadis announced the opening of its new office space in the vibrant heart of Houston’s renowned Galleria area business district.

The new Uptown location brings together Arcadis’s business operations in the city into one space to reinforce the one Arcadis approach. Additionally, the consolidation accentuates the depth of capabilities within the organization both locally and globally. With an established presence in Houston, where the company has supported projects such as developing a water distribution digital twin for the city, the move enables Arcadis to broaden its impact and provide comprehensive solutions to clients in the region.

Transitioning from the Energy Corridor to the more central area of the inner loop, signifies a shift for Arcadis, strengthening proximity to clients across the city. Nestled in the premier complex of Four Oaks Place in the Galleria area business district, Arcadis will call 1330 Post Oak Blvd home.  Flanked by three other 25-plus story towers, the strategic location provides convenient access to major airports, events, and businesses, fostering greater opportunities to collaborate with clients and partners.

Masjood Jafri, National Energy Transition Strategic Advisor and Business Development Lead at Arcadis, said: “Bringing our diverse expertise together under one roof in Houston underscores our commitment to collaboration across business areas in the organization. This move not only enhances accessibility for clients across sectors, but also places us in the heart of Houston’s bustling commercial landscape.”

Danny Brewster, Principal and Education Practice Group Director at Arcadis, said: “As we continue to increase our footprint in the Houston market, our new office location creates a great opportunity to better engage industries. The space offers a venue for meetings and events that are in close proximity to key city happenings. With this move, Arcadis stands poised to engage and support clients across our water, energy transition, and architecture businesses.”
