All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) has named a new president, Greg Lusty, who previously held the position of AWIP’s Vice President of Sales for the last four years. Lusty’s appointment comes after 20+ years in leadership roles with commercial cladding manufacturers and 15 years specifically within the insulated metal panel (IMP) industry.
“Greg brings a deep understanding of the industry, as well as a strategic vision and commitment to a culture of excellence,” said Natalia Rizzatti, former AWIP President. “This is a significant milestone in AWIP’s journey, and it’s these qualities that will help him drive AWIP’s growth trajectory, while offering the same level of support that our customers have come to expect.”
AWIP has evolved considerably during Lusty’s tenure as Vice President of Sales. In September 2022, the company opened a new continuous line production facility—its third across the United States and first on the East Coast—in East Stroudsburg, Pa. In November 2022, AWIP also announced the expansion of its wall panel product line with the launch of the DM44 Mesa Panel.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to lead such an exceptional organization.” said Lusty. “Our unique, customer-centric approach and innovative culture has allowed us to deliver continued growth during my tenure at AWIP. I look forward to further developing our team, product offering and market position in this new role.”
Lusty has also helped to oversee the growth of AWIP’s OneDek® Insulated Roof Deck System. Initially launched in 2018, OneDek has grown into an industry-leading roofing solution.
AWIP has significantly grown to over 250+ employees over the last four years. In that time, AWIP has continued in its sustainability efforts through the Planet Passionate initiative—a 10-year global sustainability program—through sustainable manufacturing operations, annual Earth Day cleanup efforts at its plant sites nationwide and more.
Additionally, AWIP has implemented digital construction tools during Lusty’s tenure like its Glimpse3D viewer, an online resource for customers to better understand how the company’s insulated metal panels for wall and roof applications fit together.
Lusty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from PennWest Clarion, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
