Joseph will foster growth for the firm’s retail practice, defining market opportunities through industry trend monitoring and growth opportunity assessment. He will also serve as a partner to NELSON’s workplace and hospitality practices.

He has helped scale over 5.4 million square feet of flexible workplace interior environments for Fortune 500 companies and has developed a line of flexible workplace furniture. In addition to his architectural and interior design work, Joseph has helped lead brand strategy, creative direction, and retail innovation projects for brands such as PepsiCo, Starbucks, Knotel, Industrious, and other VC-backed startups.
