Premier, an architecture, design, procurement, capital management, and project management firm, announced that Linh Tran, AIA, IIDA, has joined the team as Director of Architectural Design. As a licensed architect and interior designer, Tran will provide invaluable master planning expertise to Premier’s multi-family, hospitality, and student housing developments.

Tran, an acclaimed modernist and industry veteran, brings 30 years of experience working across multidisciplinary environments. As Director of Architectural Design, Tran will be involved in the design, planning, and execution of all new-build development and renovation projects across the firm’s growing presence in the hospitality, multi-family, and student housing sectors. Working closely with Premier’s partners to realize their vision, Tran will leverage his expertise as a master planner to compile density studies for high-profile investors.

Prior to joining Premier, Tran worked at RTKL, HKS Architects, and Humphreys & Partners Architects. His portfolio includes education, mixed-use retail, and high-rise residential and hospitality projects, both in the U.S. and abroad. His international professional experience has provided him with extensive interpersonal skills and a diverse portfolio that draws on the aesthetics and styles of various regions and cultures. Some of Tran’s most notable projects include Legacy Park shops in Plano, TX, and the Superdome in New Orleans.
