In advance of the 2022 Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA) Hybrid Annual Conference, the Association will host an exclusive session for those whose membership is affiliated with the FGIA Southeast Region. Taking place both in-person in Amelia Island, FL, and online the 2022 FGIA Southeast Region Exclusive Session will begin at 3 p.m. on Monday, February 28. Register now for access to sessions pertaining to this region's codes, regulatory matters and other Southeast Region-specific matters.
"We know FGIA members who are local to the region will want to participate in this session on the ground to benefit from the information and connection with expert speakers," said Florica Vlad, FGIA Meetings Manager. "For those who are unable to travel, an online option is also available offering the same excellent information those in-person will hear."
Schedule highlights include:
• A briefing from Murray Morrison at the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) of what the organization has been doing in the region
• An update on regional activities from FGIA Southeast Region President, Lynn Miller (PGT Custom Windows + Doors) and FGIA U.S. Technical Operations Director, Kathy Krafka Harkema
• Information from Jennifer Hatfield (J. Hatfield & Associates PL) on Florida's sea turtle-friendly glass design negotiations, where those talks stand and how FGIA members may be impacted
The day will conclude for in-person participants with a reception, which doubles as the kick-off event for the 2022 FGIA Hybrid Annual Conference. Register for the 2022 FGIA Southeast Region Exclusive Session now. The in-person event will take place at the Omni Amelia Island Resort in Amelia Island, FL.
