EYP is proud to announce new leadership based in its Texas offices. Tom Woods (Houston) was promoted to EYP’s Director of Operations, and Jane Baughman (Austin) was promoted to the firm’s Director of Project Delivery. 

As Director of Operations, Tom Woods, AIA, LEED AP, brings more than 25 years of management and design experience to his new role. His responsibilities include implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of firmwide operations and procedures and partnership with other firm leaders to coordinate project staffing and facilitate collaboration. His elevated role in overseeing the firm’s financial, quality, and people-centered standards will help EYP operate and grow nationally and responsibly.

As Director of Project Delivery, Jane Baughman, AIA, LEED AP, elevates EYP’s standards of excellence while driving innovation. She brings more than 29 years of planning and design experience to her new role that includes overseeing consistency across offices and project teams to ensure outstanding, cost-efficient delivery, development of training programs to strengthen the link between architecture and technology, and creating processes to advance better problem solving industry wide.
