Reggie Pugh joins the Houston studio of Perkins&Will as Senior Project Manager, expanding the studio’s dynamic healthcare design team.
“Reggie brings an extensive portfolio of impressive healthcare projects to Perkins&Will and a genuine drive to create meaningful experience through thoughtful design in this critical and ever-evolving sector,” said Diana Davis, principal and managing director of the Houston studio. “He understands the important ways impactful design can foster wellbeing in a healthcare setting and we look forward to having his talents and insights contribute to our clients’ projects.”
A Houston native, Pugh brings some 20 years of project experience to his new position. He has previously led both large and small-scale healthcare projects for prominent medical institutions throughout Houston, as well other locations across the country. His innate ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors drives consensus-building around clearly articulated goals. A conceptual thinker and proactive problem solver, he is recognized for his ability to evaluate existing conditions, analyze potential solutions, and implement efficient processes. A strong emphasis on project delivery makes Reggie is a skilled leader committed to developing cohesive teams and managing the timely execution of projects.

Pugh holds a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Houston. He is a LEED Green Associate and an associate of the American Institute of Architects.
