All course segments and certification exams for one of FGIA's flagship education programs has launched and is now available. FenestrationMasters® version 2.0 offers an update and redesign of the original coursework, first launched in 2012, including repackaged segments from all course groupings. This version also includes updated content reflecting current technical documents and standards as well as code requirements in a redesigned, more interactive platform.

"We are excited to announce the completion of FenestrationMasters 2.0," said Kaydeen Laird, FGIA Education Manager. "Now more than ever, this is the time to elevate your expertise in fenestration and do it at your own pace through a 12-month online course and exam subscription from the leading trade association in the industry."

The program's modernized platform allows for increased interactivity and engagement, as well as responsive design elements to improve functionality across all devices. FenestrationMasters 2.0 also includes updated document references, incorporating new information from documents that have been updated and/or published since the program launched, including:
* The latest version of the North American Fenestration Standard (NAFS-17)
* AAMA PSSG-19,
Selection and Application Guide for Plastic Glazed Skylights and Sloped Glazing
* AAMA CWM-19, Curtain Wall Manual
* AAMA 1506-18, Voluntary Test Method for Laboratory Heat Build-Up Effects on Fenestration Products

"FGIA has raised the bar once again by launching the FenestrationMasters 2.0 curriculum, featuring an entirely revamped and easy-to-use interface," according to Ivan Browner, president of TSSA Storm Safe DAC, Inc. and a current FenestrationMaster certified professional.

For current FenestrationAssociate or FenestrationMaster certified professionals, the online recertification coursework is available in the original format and platform. Recertification coursework will be available in the new format in 2022.
