ICP Building Solutions Group (ICP BSG), the foremost supplier of professional products and solutions for building envelope, cementitious and sports surface needs, has announced the hiring of Brian LaGuardia as vice president, ICP Building Envelope Group.
In his new role, LaGuardia will be responsible for growth and direction for all businesses contained in the Building Envelope Group—which includes roofing, architectural coatings, insulation and environmental restoration business units—with specific focus on group alignment and multiple-channel sales growth. He will work closely with business leaders and top accounts to drive growth. His responsibilities also include identifying ways to streamline the selling process to provide industry-leading value for all customers.
Brian has an Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and more than 28 years’ experience in the residential and commercial architectural coatings/paint sundry market. He comes to ICP Group from Sherwin-Williams, where he held various domestic and global executive-level sales and marketing roles. Most recently, Brian served as vice president, North America for Sherwin-Williams, where he was responsible for a group portfolio consisting of Valspar, Pratt & Lambert, Dutch Boy, Para, General Paints, Minwax and other notable brands.
