Array kicked off 2019 with the announcement that 22 staff members have been recognized with corporate promotions. Array regularly reviews and updates its corporate organization, and the Board of Directors meets annually to determine which members of the firm have reached the next level of client stewardship. The company’s corporate titling structure is designed to establish a clear path for staff development and advancement across Array’s integrated service lines: Array Architects, Array Advisors and Array Analytics. Array is proud to recognize the staff who have demonstrated over the past year that they are working at a level that clearly reflects the principles of their new corporate title.
“We are proud to recognize those individuals who have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to Array’s mission and values each year,” Array’s CEO Carl Davis said. “Each advancement – from Associate and Senior Associate to Associate Principal and Principal – must be recognized by peers first before reaching the board for approval.”
Each Array staff member contributes unique knowledge and perspective, and every employee is empowered to make extraordinary contributions to the firm. Staff, peers, and Principals recognize Associate Principals, Senior Associates and Associates as the foundation of leadership from which Array will sustain and grow. Each has helped Array achieve its vision while embracing the firm’s core values and supporting the firm’s efforts to provide remarkable, strategy-driven, and business-justified solutions for healthcare clients. Array is pleased to announce 2018’s promotions awarded at the following levels:
Principal: Alex Berman, Daniel Cadden, Ron Evitts, Michael Glogowski and Dan Russell
