V2 Composites, Inc., an industry-leading composite reinforcement materials manufacturer, will be among the 900 exhibitors at the upcoming Composites and Advanced Materials Expo (CAMX) in Dallas, Texas. The trade show is October 15-18 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. This will be V2’s 20th year attending and exhibiting at the show.
“At V2, we feel it’s important for us to get out and connect with our customers,” said Kevin Horne, the company’s president. “What better way to share our story than to meet the people who need our solutions.”
V2 offers both fiber reinforced composite materials and also structural reinforcement solutions for infrastructure repair. On the composites side, V2 works closely with engineers and manufacturers to develop fiber reinforcement solutions to create stronger, higher performing and more versatile end use products.
When it comes to infrastructure repair products, V2 offers a unique advantage by designing and manufacturing custom fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) systems to the exact specifications necessary for the final solution. V2’s StructureWrap FRP systems are certified by ICC-ES as meeting international building codes for structural strengthening of concrete. V2 also manufactures its patented CFRP T-Biscuits designed to repair failed flange-to-flange shear connectors of concrete pre-cast double T-beams.
CAMX has established itself as North America’s go-to event for connecting and advancing the world’s composites and advanced materials communities. The show is produced by the American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA) and the Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering (SAMPE). New this year, CAMX is co-locating with the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI). The combined event is expected to attract 15,000 attendees from over 50 different countries.
