In response to its extensive number of currently active education, healthcare, multi-family and corporate projects under construction, DMR Architects has expanded its Construction Administration Team with three new hires.
DMR’s current project roster of more than $300 million over more than 40 construction projects in 2018 are highlighted by the Grande at Metro Park, a $50 million multi-family development and the 340,000-square-foot, $140 million Hudson County High Tech High School.
David Gagliano, Project Architect has spent most of the last 10 years working in the construction sector, managing all aspects of construction projects from estimating and bidding through final closeout. He has nearly 15 years of experience in the industry, working on many complex projects across New Jersey, New York and the Washington, DC area. He received his undergraduate degree from and graduate degree from Virginia Tech.
Lauren Marquez, Construction Administration Technician, joins DMR after gaining experience in the general contracting and construction management field. She is versed in all aspects of construction management and documentation for $1 million to $215 million project. She received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Berkeley College.
Paul Clark, Construction Administration Technician joins DMR in a support staff position, having previously gained varied administrative experience in the architectural field. He studied mechanical engineering and economics at Rutgers University.
