Royalty Roofing Hires Business Development Director

Royalty Roofing announced the hiring of Thomas G. Hollingsworth as the company’s new Business Development Director.

Most recently, Tom was President of Duro-Last Roofing, a position he held for 17 years. Prior to becoming President, Tom was Duro-Last’s Vice President of Quality Assurance and Information Systems. During his tenure at Duro-Last, Tom implemented and supported corporate initiatives that yielded a 300 percent rise in profitability, including building market share, strengthening underperforming sales regions, fostering strategic business partnerships, introducing new product lines, and improving customer service programs.
