Hacker Industries Inc. recently added several new independent, third-party laboratory acoustical tests on Open Web and I-Joist with resilient sound isolation clip assemblies.

The new test results are published in Hacker Industries, Inc.'s Acoustical Design Guidelines, which is now available to download on the company's website.

"Hacker Industries Inc. is committed to further demonstrate the acoustical performance of our FIRM-FILL SCM resilient sound mats with FIRM-FILL Brand Gypsum Concretes in various assemblies and different floor finishes," said Dean Hacker, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "These test results show how components from various manufacturers can be combined to achieve Class A rated STC and IIC performance."
