Shive-Hattery, a Midwest architecture and engineering firm headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, won the PSMJ 2015 Premier Award for Client Satisfaction. PSMJ Resources, Inc. (PSMJ), a leading authority on effective management of architecture, engineering and construction (A/E/C) firms, will recognize Shive-Hattery at its national industry summit today in San Francisco.
“We are honored to win the Premier Award for Client Satisfaction,” said Jim Lee, PE, president of Shive-Hattery. “Shive-Hattery is committed to not only providing architectural and engineering excellence for each project, but to ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service to each of our clients. This award validates our commitment to ensuring our clients have a positive and rewarding experience from project inception to completion and beyond. We are humbled by our clients’ positive responses and thank them for giving Shive-Hattery the opportunity to find innovative solutions for their needs.”
The PSMJ Premier Award for Client Satisfaction was designated to Shive-Hattery for achieving high client satisfaction scores on PSMJ’s independent survey of 100 Shive-Hattery clients. Winners are chosen based on feedback scores from the firm’s clients in the areas of communications, innovation, performance and cost-efficiencies. Since PSMJ established its client-evaluation research tool in 2009, PSMJ has surveyed more than 20,000 clients of firms operating globally in the A/E/C industry and has recognized the top firms with the highest client satisfaction scores.
The national PSMJ A/E/C Industry Summit is being held today and tomorrow at the Parc 55 San Francisco Hotel. Shive-Hattery was selected as one of four firms invited to present at the summit to celebrate Shive-Hattery’s achievement and share the firm’s experiences with conference attendees. Justin Campbell, PE, a Shive-Hattery civil engineer in Cedar Rapids and leader of its Government Sector Team, will be a panelist alongside the industry’s top leaders and most successful firms. The theme for this year’s summit is: “Thrive! How to Capitalize on Today’s Turbo-Charged A/E/C Markets.”
