LEO A DALY announced that Gregory Daiker, a 37-year veteran in high-end luxury and international hospitality design, has joined the firm as Design Director for Hospitality Interiors. This hire further solidifies the Dallas-based practice as a global leader in hospitality design by increasing its range of talent and focusing its strategic vision.

His years of experience travelling the world and designing for a wide range of project types from classic to exotic hotels, provides him with an in-depth understanding of client needs,” said Patricia Miller, Vice President, Managing Principal, and Corporate Director of Hospitality.
As the new Director of Hospitality Interiors, Mr. Daiker will work closely with clients and also with our hospitality design team. His ability to mentor and lead our team toward successful designs is supported by his vast experience with multiple hospitality projects. With an understanding of all aspects of the project process, Greg can assist clients in making better choices for their hotels.
LEO A DALY also announced that Ryan D. Martin, AIA, NCARB has joined the firm as Design Director for Hospitality Architecture.

His years of experience in architecture ranging from boutique and luxury hotels to the development of select service prototypes and resort master plans will lead to inspiring designs,” said Patricia Miller, Vice President, Managing Principal, and Corporate Director of Hospitality. “With the amount of growth in the new construction industry, Ryan will be an asset to our team and allow us to better serve our clients and bring their vision to life.”
Mr. Martin’s experience includes domestic and international projects. He is experienced in large scale projects including Secrets Puerto Los Cabos, Mexico, Dreams Las Mareas, Costa Rica, and the Aurora Gaylord Rockies Hotel and Conference Center, Colorado. With such an extensive background in all phases of design from concept to completion, Mr. Martin will mentor all members of the design team. He will provide design direction and encourage a collaborative culture to achieve the perfect design to realize the client’s vision.
