Spirit Bay is a partnership between Trust for Sustainable Development and Scia'new First Nation. Both share the common value of investing in development with sustainability taking center stage. Trust for Sustainable Development is a not-for-profit corporation with a history of building sustainable communities throughout the United States and Mexico. This new community is pedestrian oriented and incorporates sustainable green building material into the design, which not only respects the natural coastal setting, but offers forest trails and seaside parks for all to enjoy.
