Dow Corning^®Architectural Insulation Modules (AIM) combine the aesthetics and convenience of curtainwall construction with the added energy-savings benefit of high-performance Dow CorningVacuum Insulation Panel (VIP) — offering building designers and architects design freedom. The modules are currently available in various combinations of glass/glass and glass/metal facings. To help select the optimal insulation panel for a specific project, Dow Corning has developed dimensioning tables describing the required glass type and thickness depending on the panel dimensions, building type, building location and encountered loads.
