Rmax Operating LLC offers the dry seal R-TRAC HVHZ (High Velocity Hurricane Zone) system from Altech Panel Systems. It has Florida Building Code Approval (#FL16406), meets TAS 201, 202 and 203 up to 200 mph (ASTM E1886 and E1996), and has HVHZ approval with a dry seal, which means there’s no caulk in the joints to wear out. The system has been tested and listed to meet NFPA 285, ABAA Air Barrier Assembly criteria and ICC-ES Water-Resistive Barrier acceptance criteria. Additionally, Rmax ECOMAXci polyiso insulation offers the highest R-value per inch of any comparable insulation option, achieving up to a 20.3 R-value in a three-inch nominal thickness.
