POULTNEY, Vt. — The National Slate Association (NSA) announced that it has elected five new officers and five new directors.

Officers elected are President John Chan, The Durable Slate Company; Senior Vice President Robert Fulmer, Fulmer Associates LLC; Vice President Brian Chalsma, The Roofing Company Inc.; Vice President David Large, North Country Slate; and Secretary/Treasurer Pete Papay, Penn Big Bed Slate Co. Inc. 

The association’s membership elected Dan Cornwell of CC&L Roofing to a three-year term as director.  In addition, John Chan and Matt Hicks, Evergreen Slate Co. Inc.; Craig Legere, Mid-America Slate & Stone Inc.; and Alan Buohl, GSM Roofing, were re-elected to serve an additional three-year term.
