PERTH AMBOY, N.J. — Ed McIntosh of West Chester, Pa. has been named roofing sales representative for Englert, Inc. covering New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Ed joins Englert with more than 16 years of building product experience including marketing and sales positions at Certain Teed Corp. He also worked for several years in machine tool sales selling shears, presses, brakes and rollforming equipment.

McIntosh holds an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y. where he also completed his college U.S. Army ROTC program. He served in Germany for four years in the Ordnance Corps working with track and wheel vehicles including the A1 Abrams main battle tank. He left active service as a captain and joined the Army National Guard where he served with the same rank. While in the service in Germany he also played minor league ice hockey. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Penn State University.
