On the third-annual NWiR Day at the International Roofing Expo on Feb 2 in Dallas, Texas the women of National Women in Roofing, an independent organization advocating for and supporting women in the roofing profession, gathered at the IRE.

In a first-of-its-kind agreement for both associations, RCI, Inc. & the National Women in Roofing have signed a cooperative plan to further the promotion, outreach, shared purposes, and over-arching goals of the two organizations.
